2. Products and Handmade Variations
Many of our crochet products are individually handmade. Slight variations in colour, size, pattern, texture and appearance may occur and are part of the unique nature of handmade products. Product images are for representation purposes, and actual products may vary slightly.

3. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Customized and made-to-order crochet products are created according to customer requirements. Production timelines and prices may vary depending on the design, size, materials and complexity of the order. Customized products may not be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange once production has commenced, except where the product is defective, damaged, or otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated. Prices, offers and product availability may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and delivery charges, if any, will be communicated or displayed before the order is completed.

5. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute acceptance by Essence & Threads. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or other reasonable circumstances. If payment has already been received for an order we cannot fulfil, an appropriate refund will be processed.

Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, customisation requirements, destination and courier services. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Eligibility for cancellation, return, exchange or refund will depend on the type and condition of the product and the circumstances of the request. Products should be returned unused and in their original condition where applicable. Customised or made-to-order products generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Customers should follow any care instructions supplied with crochet or fashion products. Essence & Threads is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, washing, storage or handling.
